The Cleveland Housing Network offers a weatherization program to reduce energy consumption and lower utility bills in your home. We offer weatherization services to income-eligible Dominion Energy Ohio customers.

Eligible homeowners and tenants receive a thorough health and safety inspection of the home to determine the need for:

  • Other repairs related to weatherization
  • Carbon monoxide alarm
  • Energy saving tips to help sustain reduced utility bills
  • Furnace repair/replacement
  • Hot water tank repair/replacement
To qualify for a health and safety inspection and be eligible for any or all of the above services, you must meet income guidelines, be a customer of Dominion Energy Ohio, and service(s) must be recommended by the inspector.

If you are unsure of your eligibility, fill out and return the Homeowner or Renter application (whichever is applicable) and we will determine eligibility for all of our energy conservation and weatherization programs.
