CHN’s main offices are conveniently located in the Asia Plaza at 2999, Payne Avenue in Cleveland. Our offices are on the bus line, directly off Route 2, and within minutes of downtown Cleveland. Free and ample parking also is available for employees.

We offer a competitive employee benefits package comprised of:
  • MEDICAL
    Health coverage is available to eligible employees the first of the month after 30 days of employment

  • VACATION
    Paid vacation available after 90 days of employment

  • PERSONAL
    Up to three (3) days per year
    Accrues at ½ day every two months.

  • SICK
    Thirteen (13) sick days per year
    Accrued at 1 day per month (except January and July in which 1½ days are accrued)

  • MATERNITY/PATERNITY/ADOPTION LEAVE
    Female employees have a eight-week paid maternity leave upon the birth of her newborn child. Male employees have a two-week paid paternity leave upon the birth of his newborn child Male and Female employees have a two-week paid leave upon the adoption of a child. (FMLA Guidelines apply to all.)

  • INSURANCE
    Basic Life/AD&D, and Long Term Disability Insurance paid entirely by CHN

  • 401K PLAN
    Once eligible, CHN will automatically enroll employees and contribute 3% of the employee’s salary to the employee’s plan

  • TUITION REIMBURSEMENT
    CHN offers tuition reimbursement assistance (up to a maximum of $1,200/year) to employees interested in continuing his/her education by taking job-related classes.
